In 2009, thousands in our community came together to launch the CityLink Center built on the simple but radical concept that services should be centered around clients.
We've leveraged the power of our city's incredible resources through an innovative collaboration to provide holistic services on a single campus.
Dozens of cities have come to learn from our work (and mistakes!) to accelerate their own adoption of the program model and write their own story of hope.
The CityLink model provides a scalable model for addressing unique community needs.

CityLink has more than a decade of experience developing our program model, a comprehensive measurement approach, and a new funding model.
We support other organizations adopting these methodologies and learn together with you about what works in your community and how we can collectively work together to better support our neighbors.
